The Process Transformation Specialist is responsible for driving business process transformation strategy utilizing problem solving methodologies and applying people / process / technology / data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on understanding customer needs and developing insights on key Equifax processes and products. This person will be highly motivated to enable revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and provide greater productivity.
What you’ll do

Identify net new value opportunities for customers and revenue impact for Equifax by understanding internal and external value streams.

Act as mentor and catalyst for sales teams to embrace customer value mapping to expose opportunities for product innovation and cross sell / upsell strategies.

Lead large scale process transformation activity as the SME, including LEAN and Customer Journey Mapping, to ensure alignment with new business concepts and technologies.

Identify, recommend and implement automation solutions, updating processes where applicable. Incorporate process design, process risk assessment, piloting, and data analysis and reporting.

Create strategic roadmaps and execute transformational change across multiple functional areas, large BU’s, regions or the enterprise.

Understand, analyze, and provide strategic consultation to resolve highly complex business problems using scalable and sustainable solutions.

Establish, monitor and communicate measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks to team members, stakeholders and senior level management.
What experience you need
-
7-10 years experience leading large scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives

7-10 years demonstrated expertise in process mapping/discovery and customer experience journey

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

Travel up to 25%
What could set you apart

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred

Experience with change management methodology preferred

Self-starter who is able to hold people accountable, influence and drive execution of improvements

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills within a matrix organization

Experience leading projects where clients, vendors, partners, and/or end-users are part of the team

Impeccable communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) to effectively address all levels inside and outside the organization

Proficiency in a wide variety of software packages valued in process transformation (Intelligent automation, data analysis, process mapping, business process management, project management, knowledge management, etc.)

Working knowledge of SAFe Agile and Scrum
