As leader of our Data Operations Center you will own a data governance and data quality framework for our B2B data assets and processes that ensures we deliver on our promise of helping people live their financial best. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of an enterprise data quality program that encompasses our end to end data value chain from ingestion to attributes, keying and linking, models and scores, decisioning, delivery of data products and services and ongoing data maintenance across all data platforms. You will align execution strategy with key stakeholders from Data & Analytics, Product, Technology and Risk & Compliance to deliver best-in-class data and solutions for consumers and our customers.
What you'll do:

Establish a programmatic approach to monitor data environments for security, performance and technical issues

Implement quality assurance programs which address the collection, ingestion, serving and analysis of data

Manage and deliver against accuracy, completeness, timeliness and consistency KPIs across the enterprise

Cost management of cloud resources for data management utilities

Establish and enforce policies and best practices for data quality and data infrastructure performance

Implement best-in-class operational service model for enterprise data management, data catalog, metadata management, master data management and data quality profiling

Design and implement end-to-end automation of data management activities including workflow automation/orchestration which adheres to data privacy and compliance requirements while capitalizing on AI/ML capabilities.

Establish operational runbooks for existing enterprise data services, monitor progress, verify successful execution of data processes and implement processes for identifying and handling failures

Planning and execution of event, problem and incident management for our B2B processes

Have a strong understanding of relevant and emerging technologies in order to align our data capabilities with business requirements, developing and continuously improving and expanding coverage of capabilities by monitoring through KPIs
What experience you need:

Extensive experience working with a data quality framework and metadata catalogs and management

Experience building and delivering productivity workflows and orchestration

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management and related fields

Minimum 10 years experience with large scale data programs

Ability to document detailed requirements, data specifications and translate them into technical requirements
