In this role, you will be able to participate in the Customer Service Department.
What you’ll do
- Record technical issues and solutions in ServiceNow.
- Communicate unresolved issues effectively to the next level of support with full troubleshooting documentation.
- Help create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An openness to learning new technologies.
What experience you need

Last year of Customer Service in Technical High School

Proficient in English oral and written (B2 or above).

Schedule availability Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
