The Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits shall be responsible for managing the compensation function in alignment with the Global Center of Excellence (COE).  S/He shall plan, develop, recommend and implement new and revised compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages all employees of the compensation and benefit team. At a high level this position shall be responsible for the Performance management outcomes, hiring range decisions, Benefits sizing etc.

What you’ll do

  • Implement and maintain EFX global pay infrastructure and related compensation programs (including short term and long-term incentives)

  • Manage the development, implementation and administration of local compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the EFX global framework and unique needs of the local market.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

  • Provide advice to country leadership on pay decisions, policy interpretations and job evaluations.

  • Conduct Job Architecture, Role/Level mapping

  • Conduct information sessions on Comp tends, ESPP, AIPs etc. for leaders / employees

  • Manage the participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

  • Analyze current compensation and benefits programs and seek for opportunities for improvement considering market competitiveness, tax shield, cost impact to the company, cash income impact to individual employees, etc.

  • Ensures compliance with in-country compensation laws and regulations.

  • Manage total rewards MIS in compiling, preparing and presenting data.

  • Design and maintain local benefits programs, update benefits policies and provide benefit training.

  • Assess and select benefits vendor to provide best support to employees; perform annual review to update and renew contracts; manage vendor relationships.

  • Provide project leadership for compensation and benefits related activities in the local market.

  • Liaise with other team members in the Global team. Provide analysis and reports to the Global team on regional compensation and benefits programs as required.

What experience you need  

  • MBA (HR) from a premier institute with 12+ years of relevant experience in employee compensation

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing team and working in matrix organizations

  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations as they apply to compensation, benefits, incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations.

  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite; Expert skills in Excel
