As an Executive Reporting specialist, you will support internal and external communications and reporting efforts across Privacy, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk. In this role, you will help our Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer and team as we share the story of our transformation and track our progress. This individual will be responsible for creating consistent, accurate, and effective written and visual communication deliverables including status updates, employee communications, regulatory reports, and metric visualization. Successful candidates possess excellent writing and editing skills, mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides and Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
What you’ll do

Design and create content for reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external regulators, anticipating their needs and translating technical and legal language into clear and relevant communications

Create reporting deliverables that are factually accurate, action-oriented, and visually compelling in order to provide an ongoing understanding of progress across the enterprise

Partner and collaborate with internal Privacy, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk teams to identify and gather reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner

Design and create content for internal communications on behalf of the Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer, including employee communications
What experience you need
-
Bachelor Degree required
-
5+ years in presentation design and writing
-
Familiarity with the visual display of quantitative information

Experience with G-Suite applications with emphasis on Google Slides and Google Docs

Privacy, Compliance, or Enterprise Risk domain knowledge

Experience in a highly regulated industry

MBA or similar degree
