The role will lead Business Incident Management across the UK business, ensuring incidents are identified and escalated appropriately, the right stakeholders are engaged, incidents are contained and root cause analysis and risk management and control improvements are delivered

What you’ll do
Manage the process, tools, systems, reporting and escalations for Business Incidents
Oversee Business Incident Management across the UK business - including stakeholder management across all levels
Lead the management / coordination of complex and / or priority Business Incidents
Support the delivery of risk management and control improvements
What experience you need
Working knowledge of incident management / loss events / ITSM inc processes and methodologies (other risk / audit experience will be considered - such as complaints management)
Experience in understanding and applying risk management or controls / process improvement
Experience operating in a regulated environment, preferably in consumer credit/financial services
