In this role you will provide executive support for the EGM Sales Effectiveness and the ANZ Chief Security Officer. You will use your well developed organisational skills and professional approach to provide high-level administrative support and establish effective relationships.  

This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days will be the same so if you’re someone who thrives in a fast paced environment this could be the role for you. It’s a permanent full-time position with a hybrid mix of working from home and our brand new office with an ultra modern fit out close to Southern Cross Railway Station.

What you’ll do

  • Provide executive level administrative support to 2 x senior leaders

  • Research, collect, compile and analyse data and information requests to prepare and edit executive level reports, presentations, confidential correspondence

  • Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur

  • Screen/prioritise/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary

  • Make decisions on behalf of senior leader(s), resolve requests and escalate when necessary

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas

  • Schedule and manage small events with internal and external stakeholders

  • Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports

  • May be required to contribute to projects and activities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives

What experience you need 

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and time management skills

  • Effective at managing multiple/changing priorities and stakeholders

  • Well developed computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite 

  • Accustomed to handling privileged and sensitive information in complete confidentiality
