Account Executive- Credit Union Vertical


The Account Executive is a client-facing, sales role part of the Inside Enterprise Sales team responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within the Credit Union vertical. This role is the primary point-of-contact for the Customer; owning the account relationship while utilizing internal resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.

What you’ll do 

  • Achieve assigned sales quota and year-over-year growth targets

  • Partner with Territory Representatives and internal teams

  • Nurture relationships with key buyers and decision makers and responds to sales opportunities to develop and grow customer accounts

  • Demonstrate knowledge of customer's organization structure, business strategy and challenges, product/service offerings, key leaders and industry

  • Engage in discussion to reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviors, or opinions of others

  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution

  • Leverage technical knowledge of products to meet customer needs and understand market segments as well as market data trends

  • Create competitive and breakthrough sales strategies and plans, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately

  • Participate in the development of plans and activities for assigned territory (geographic territory, vertical, or set of assigned accounts and prospects)

  • Provide customers with the needed information to understand the uses and values of the company’s products/offerings and the corresponding value for their organization (e.g., ROI)

What experience you need  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in relevant sales experience, preferably inside sales

  • Solid experience in either credit union, finance, mortgage or collection industries

What could set you apart

  • Consultative selling skills

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM and technology platforms

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work well under pressure to achieve sales goals
