Identify and research client issues, which challenges one to 'think outside the box' to deliver client solutions to resolve data issues for live Workforce Solutions services clients.  

Manage and foster client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. 
Drive the project by working with client resources and service delivery teams. Demonstrate a flexible sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities while managing several projects and clients simultaneously.

This position will also serve as the clients champion within Workforce Solutions ensuring the organization is consistently delivering services that are of superior quality, exceeding the client’s expectations, and anticipating the client’s future needs.

What you’ll do

  • Researches and identifies data quality issues reported through the Client or found through Implementation of new file and work with client to create a resolution.

  • Provides consulting and support to clients as they work toward data solutions for existing services

  • Manages the technical implementation of new data feeds for The Work Number and UCM services with existing Workforce Solutions clients, testing data with client for accuracy and data quality concerns

  • Researches, coordinates, and executes the transfer of new data feeds or data corrections with clients to ensure that continuity and level of service are maintained  

  • Communicates the value of services to clients through a high level of understanding of Workforce Solutions services and the available data and configuration options

What experience you need

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of analytical business experience

  • Must have basic knowledge or experience with project life cycle and methodology

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and other common desktop applications

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a new work environment

  • Ability to collaborate with the DQA team
