Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with the delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.

What you’ll do

  • High-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution

  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship

  • Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities

  • Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business

What experience you need

  • BS or BA degree in communications, education, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 4 years of experience in customer service, project management, or sales

What could set you apart

  • Experience in training, community education and/or public relations

  • Ability to effectively leverage technology to build strong relationships with the accounts in its portfolio

  • Possess an understanding of Appriss’ technology strategy and be able to articulate its benefits to all customers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience working with databases is preferred

  • Strong organizational and customer management skills

  • Proven willingness and ability to assume ownership of accounts

  • Proven willingness and ability to make positive contributions in a team environment

  • Ability to provide leadership to support the Appriss’ strategy
