What you’ll do:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced strategic leader to join a transforming technology company and oversee our Infrastructure and Operations (CSA) organization within the A/NZ region.
Reporting to the Regional CTO you will be responsible for creating excellence in IT Operations across all internal IT operations functions as well as dealing with SLT stakeholders and clients. You will facilitate the development of the strategic IT plans for the business area, developing a clear line of sight from business strategy through IT requirements and initiatives. You will interface with Regional IT to understand and support the business project pipeline and ensure infrastructure can support business growth.
You will own the change, incident and problem management of the region. You will also organize the portfolio of work, dependencies, risks and ongoing portfolio management. You will be responsible for the provisioning of data center planning services. Identifying opportunities to leverage resources at Regional, International and global level and working with the CSA COEs to deliver infrastructure aligned with local priorities are one of the prime responsibilities of this role. You will also work with the “Design” and “Build” functions to deliver infrastructure aligned with local priorities. You will be instrumental in developing and recommending operating and capital budgets and control expenditures within the approved budget objectives.
What are we looking for?
Extensive experience in IT Operations, infrastructure, desktop etc.
Strong stakeholder management with experience of communicating with business leaders up to C-level and with clients
IT Leadership - Delivery, Programmes Management, Service Management
Strong commercial acumen
People Leadership, through Matrix management within a Global organization
