We are looking for strategic, driven, action orientated bright minds to join our growing Court Research Leadership Team. This leader will supervise, lead, coach, mentor, train team members, as well as be the team subject matter expert for Research Operations processes and procedures.  Role may be aligned to one of multiple verticals, including Court Research or Verifications.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise, lead, coach, and train team members, as well as be the team subject matter expert for Research Operations processes and procedures.  Role may be aligned to one of multiple verticals, including Court Research or Verifications.

  • Enforce processes and procedures and escalate issues as required in a research (verifications or court/legal) environment. 

  • Make appropriate recommendations to research specialists on performance and opportunities for growth. 

  • Organize and direct daily activities regarding all Research operations that support KPI metric obtainment. 

  • Provide resources to support staff members to identify trends and gaps for individual and Research operation wide enhancements.

What experience you need 

  • Minimum of a ​High School Diploma, Preferably an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.

  • 2 years minimum supervisory experience preferably in a court research operational capacity.

  • 2 years minimum working with computers. Candidate must be technically savvy and proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace.

  • Experience with Delve Software (Preferred).

  • Preferred court research leadership experience in the background screening industry.

  • Legal experience.

  • Proven ability to mentor and manage direct reports.

  • Must have the ability to evaluate business needs and make recommendations to improve the operation.

  • Data-Driven with a proven ability to drive results.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while supporting ongoing business.

  • Ability to work cross departmentally to support multiple lines of business.

  • Proven track record of coordination with other teams to achieve company objectives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
