Client Service Coordinator

As Client Service Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the services we provide to our internal sales teams is best in class. You will fully engage with our sales teams, understanding their client’s business needs, the challenges they face and how we support them.

Working across the organisation you will ensure all services are delivered within contracted service levels and quality standards, challenging the business to remain client focused and proactively manage the services and support provided to our sales teams, identifying and resolving issues quickly and ensuring permanent solutions are implemented.  

This is a fixed term opportunity up to 12 months

What you’ll do 

  • You will analyse and handle complex client issues. Identify the appropriate action to take and provide appropriate advice

  • Respond accurately to all client queries either by telephone, email or workflow, always aiming for resolution at first point of contact, and within SLA

  • Coordinate with other areas of Equifax to ensure complete investigation of client query, and to own query through to resolution

  • Manage and develop effective and positive relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Works to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)

  • Follows company and departmental procedures at all times

  • Share knowledge and experience with other team members, within the competencies of the role

What experience you need  

  • Strong client service and client relationship experience

  • Intermediate experience in identifying and implementing service improvements 

  • Intermediate experience in managing delivery of multiple items effectively 

  • Good experience delivering high standards of client satisfaction

  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels within an organisation
