US Trainer GCC/GCS

  Conduct and arrange on-the-job training for new hires and current employees in Operational Areas; including procedures, processes, product, and client training, and maintain up-to-date manuals, scripts, and other job aid documents.

What you’ll do

  • Provide general instructional training in a classroom or virtual setting on processes and products for employees or clients along with On Job Training for new hires, level-ups, and cross-training.

  • Maintain up-to-date manuals, scripts, and other job aid documents.

  • Evaluate trainee’s progress and adjust training methods to suit individual trainee needs. Lead group and individual sessions as part of an action plan to reinforce potential weaknesses.

  • Deliver training as needed and will assess knowledge among the trainees and communicate results regularly to all the parties involved as well as certifying their knowledge by processing cases to keep their expertise.

  • Work in partnership with Ops, and QA, among other areas, leading meetings, developing action plans for Outliers, assessing agent knowledge needs, communicating updates and process changes, as well as new tool implementations.

What experience you need 

  • 1+ year of experience as a trainer 

  • English level both written and verbal (B2+/ C1) 

  • 1 year of US GCC knowledge
