What you’ll do:
The Salesforce Lead , will manage a group of software engineers. Leading the delivery of  projects assigned to their team. You’ll contribute to the architecture, design and engineering decisions for the systems your team is looking after. 
Embracing the “build, run, own” model, the Manager will continuously improve the productivity of the agile squads, whilst ensuring systems are run adequately in an efficient and optimised manner. 
The role takes ownership and accountability of all people and systems that are assigned and helps build a culture of customer-centricity within the team.
The Manager is part of the Tribe leadership and may be relied upon to manage the Tribe overall, from time to time.
What are we looking for?

  • Ability to lead and encourage accurate estimates of time, scope and resources

  • Experience in the development and management of team backlogs

  • Lead large software engineering programs including those with global teams

  • Engage stakeholders and develop confidence with both, business and IT stakeholders, using outcome-based engagement models  

  • Develop actionable ideas to improve productivity and the quality of work

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure internal client satisfaction 

  • Familiarity and experience in secure software development practices and working in a highly-regulated environment.

Technical experience 

  • Experience with different SaaS platforms, Salesforce but also some others would be advantageous

  • Experience in multiple web/ software engineering technologies

  • Experience with project automation technology

  • A strong understanding of web application design, analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design

  • Identify technical risks on your projects and help implement a mitigation plan
