Director, M&A Analytics

Planning, monitoring and managing internal projects and programs including process and project identification, planning and execution especially with regard to build-out of an M&A Analytics practice. Collaborating with required resources, using recurring processes, tools and methodologies to manage, simplify, and improve M&A Analytics, including integration model improvement and management, supporting integration completion by sponsoring BUs and benchmarking M&A performance and metrics across deals. Managing workflow to ensure on-time completion of analytics workflows. In general, managing enterprise programs to ensure desired objectives are achieved. Identifying opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and enable increased growth in Technology’s M&A practice.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for Data management, Data Analytics, Master Data Management, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, and others) for all technology aspects of M&A across multiple business units simultaneously.

  • Maintain and continuously improve integration modeling tools by working in collaboration with subject matter experts across Technology, Corporate Development, Finance, and Accounting.

  • Develop an internal knowledge center to document and communicate information associated with all M&A phases, including descriptions of key processes, participants, and tools.

  • Develop, curate and continuously improve the Tech M&A Toolkit to Support the ability of Equifax Technology to execute M&A deals and integrations compliant with Security and Technology requirements, delivered on-time and on-budget.

What experience you need 

  • 8+ years of experience in technology with a focus on all stages of the M&A lifecycle.

  • 5+ years of experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or others. 

  • 5+ years of developing methodologies, playbooks, tools, to drive M&A due diligence and integration success. 

  • 5+ years of experience communicating vertically and horizontally developing and delivering communications in a large scale,  matrixed environment.
