Strategy & Execution Specialist - Inside Sales

The Strategy & Execution Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Inside Enterprise Sales team in “running the business" and driving executional excellence, liaising with other Business Units and Centers of Excellence, representing the team on corporate initiatives as needed and ensuring high performance by addressing road blocks.  This role will ensure initiatives meet desired objectives as well as identify opportunities to enable and accelerate revenue growth. This role will manage cross functional programs and initiatives for Inside Enterprise Sales.   These will include initiatives to build, activate, and operationalize new capabilities, new functions, and new areas of growth.   These new areas of growth will span multiple verticals, domains, and business units across Equifax.

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex, cross-functional non-Technology programs, which may include overall program budgeting, program objectives, planning and execution of the program, operations management and program reporting 

  • Perform program risk management and identify risk resolution remedies

  • Monitor and communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and management

  • Define program controls and governance – processes, procedures, reporting and policies – to manage the overall program

  • Direct resources, stakeholders and deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projects within the program

  • Ensure program deliverables align to the program’s desired outcome and supports business initiatives and strategies

What experience you need 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading large programs across applicable corporate functions (e.g., Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Technology, Data and Analytics)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, advanced degree preferred

What could set you apart

  • Project Management Certification 

  • Previous experience working with sales teams is a plus

  • Strong analytical capability, project and program management and process improvement experience

  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups and external clients

  • Ability to endorse change, sponsor change initiatives and search for other organizations best practices to adopt or modify change

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and maintain focus on the “goals”
