Demand Generation Marketing Leader

Equifax is looking for an experienced and growth-minded individual to lead our Demand Generation & Digital Marketing team within the US Information Solutions business unit. The Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Leader is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture, influence and nurture leads across multiple vertical segments and marketing channels. You will lead and grow a team that executes pipeline-generating campaigns and programs across inbound and outbound channels (e.g. email, website, paid search, paid social, advertising, trade shows, events, and webinars)

We prefer for our new Marketing Leader to work out of our Atlanta or Alpharetta, Georgia office, but we are also open to candidates who can work out of our Chicago (Skokie), Denver, St. Louis, Reston or Boise office.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute a Demand Gen vision and strategy to grow, measure and improve marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.

  • Establish demand generation best practices, owning accountability for and managing the top and mid-funnel lead routing and nurturing strategies that drive high-quality SQLs.

  • Lead and grow team to enhance competency across web, paid media, email, social, ABM and content while exploring new, high-potential programs.

  • Lead the Digital & Demand Marketing team with a hands-on, flexible, collaborative approach and ability to flourish amid rapidly shifting challenges and pressures in our fast-paced, results-driven culture.

  • Execute customer acquisition campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities based on customer and business feedback and results.

  • Develop and manage team and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, solution awareness and understanding, and customer acquisition.

  • Track performance and allocate budget across channels to maximize our marketing spend. Monitor performance across key metrics and KPIs to forecast trends

What experience you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field

  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation marketing expertise including direct experience planning, launching and analyzing campaigns

  • 5+ years of prior people leadership experience with fast-paced, deadline driven environments

  • 5+ years of proven success in driving revenue growth through demand generation campaigns

  • 5+ years of experience owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for multichannel demand generation campaigns for a $1B+ business, targeting enterprise size companies

What could set you apart

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot or ABM platform

  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments

  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels for demand generation, including but not limited to email, web, PPC, SEO, social (paid and owned), and chat
