Marketing Automation & Reporting Specialist

As part of the Verification Services Marketing team, the Marketing Automation Specialist, will be responsible for building and tracking lead management campaigns within the marketing automation platform and will play a pivotal role in executing the managing key marketing operations activities. Working closely with product marketers, product managers, digital marketing, and cross-functional teams, this role will implement and report on impactful revenue generating campaigns through the MarTech stack. This key position reports into our Verification Services team and will join the company's largest and fastest growing business unit.

This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the ultimate flexibility to work remotely as well as in our beautiful office in St. Louis, MI!

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluating these areas for improvements.

  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the leadership team with actionable insights.

  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.

  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation.

What Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related field

  • 2+  years of experience with marketing operations, marketing automation, campaign operations and/or marketing analytics

  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot 

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, Hubspot, and Salesforce preferred)

  • Possess strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively across multiple business units.

  • Experience working for a large, matrixed company.
