What you’ll do:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Leader to join a growing business within the financial and risk assessment industry. As Head of iCIRT Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams as well as overseeing all operations, developing and implementing growth strategies whilst ensuring business and performance expectations are met. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, you will be accountable for driving company objectives with regards to financial, workforce and budgeting requirements.
You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver detailed business plans for the team. Some of your responsibilities will be to monitor and communicate key performance metrics, manage the dispute or complaints management process, review and address reported issues and risks in a timely manner. As a Leader within this business you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members on development and performance based outcomes.

10+yrs of experience with minimum of 5+ year of managerial experience in managing diverse teams
As this role will have regular client facing involvement and engagement with senior staff, the person in this role must be confident, articulate and able to represent Equifax in front of clients and in other wider forums.
Strong finance acumen including P&L experience, planning, setting and working to budgets
Extra points for any of the following:
Experience building new teams and planning for growth, establishing policies, procedures and standards to support positive end to end customer and staff experience.
Excellent understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma or Lean)
