Agents will be responsible for complying with the consumer’s requests to deliver quality output, assure on-time project completion, and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results. Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties and also inbound and outbound calls.
What you’ll do
Resolving consumers’ issues related
Collaborate with peers and other departments to determine project requirements
Initiate and resolve all research needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer
Maintain complete and accurate client and project information
Establish clear accountability and responsibility for each task assigned
What experience you need
Fluent in English/French skills both oral and written (B2+/C1)
