Customer Service Advisor

As Client Service Advisor  you will provide client support for queries and issues via telephone or email. You will liaise with various sections of the business in order to resolve client queries; either new or existing complaints/ queries and escalate or provide resolution as well as post-sale support customer configuration for product delivery.

Client Service Advisors are responsible for providing first class customer service to our clients who engage with our Client Support team for support on our product, services and technical support.

This is a fixed term contract up to 31/12/2022

What you’ll do

  • Respond accurately and in a timely manner, to all client queries either by telephone or email, always aiming for resolution at first point of contact

  • Proactively analyse client issues, take appropriate action and provide appropriate advice

  • Coordinate with other areas of Equifax to ensure complete investigation of client query, and to own query through to resolution

  • Handle complex inbound and outbound telephone calls to clients

  • Work to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)

  • Work effectively as part of a high performing team

  • Follows company and departmental procedures at all times

  • Core operating hours are Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm, on a rotated shift basis between team members.

What experience you need 

  • Good experience working in a busy, fast paced contact centre environment

  • Good experience working in customer focused role with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good experience Microsoft Office and Google packages

  • Must be able to work  Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm
