Business Process Analyst

We have 2 new exciting opportunities to join Equifax as a Business Process Analyst.  In these newly created roles you will initially lead the review and deep dive into our processes, make recommendations for improvements, provide impact analysis and execute the changes with various colleagues across the business.

In time the role will progress to a monitoring role where you will use MI to highlight trends, make continuous improvements, provide governance control, regulatory updates and manage the performance of processes.

Global Consumer Services Operations are responsible for supporting our consumers through the journey of obtaining their Equifax credit report and managing any queries, disputes or issues that arise.  We service over a million contacts from our consumers each year, and ensuring that our processes are well managed, effective, efficient but drive the best consumer outcome and experience is critical to our success. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver process health evidence, including process mapping, keystroke procedures, process controls, risk mitigation, and robust management information

  • Use blueworks, salesforce and Equifax bespoke tools. 

  • Use lean and other methodology identify and implement process improvements to drive improved consumer experience, improved quality of service, efficiencies in the process and mitigate risks

  • Develop and deliver management information dashboards as evidence of process health, service level adherence and improvements delivered

  • Deliver controls improvements to improve risk management and deliver efficiency savings

  • Manage incidents to process, ensuring root cause analysis undertaken where process failure has occurred

  • Maintain procedure documentation and workbooks to required standard that meet both Compliance and regulatory standards

  • Provide updates to stakeholders and partner across the business to deliver change

  • Meet delivery deadlines

What experience you need 

  • Intermediate experience identifying process opportunities that deliver fair outcomes to consumers

  • Strong proven experience driving performance and delivering results

  • Intermediate experience of delivering operational process improvements, process mapping and controls

  • Good experience of stakeholder management to deliver change

  • Good understanding of appropriate legislation and ideally has worked in an FCA regulated organisation

  • Good experience managing people or project teams

What could set you apart

  • Experience in blueworks and/or salesforce

  • Experience in a Credit Referencing Agency

  • A good knowledge of Equifax
