What you will do:
As part of the Identity, Fraud and AML team, you are part of our vision to continue to be the most trusted identity verification and fraud exchange for any business at any time. You are helping Australian business grow safely by helping clients with frictionless digital customer acquisition, fraud prevention and compliance requirements. We offer this via an integrated, reliable, intelligence hub that is available 24/7 via modern cloud-hosted technology.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of Equifax proprietary fraud service. You will establish marketing strategies (including product road map) product direction, marketing communication, packaging, pricing, and future product development to manage a product over the product's life cycle. You will listen to the market and identify market problems that are urgent and pervasive and that the market is willing to pay to solve. You will translate this into development requirements for the technology team to build. You will carry out launches through a cross-functional team and provide ongoing product support to help retain the existing customer base.
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated ability to learn very fast and execute on guidance
Experience in online customer acquisition and/or fraud prevention and/or compliance
Product management and agile scrum qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
Google Workspace skills
Minimum 2 years, preferably around 5 years or above in software, data, and analytics industry
Extra points for any of the following:
Experience with identity and fraud solutions (Highly desirable)
Experience within Financial services, Fintech, D&A, Banking
