What you’ll do

Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles.

Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.

Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.
-
Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments.

Performs other related work as assigned by management.
What experience do you need
-
Technical degree or at least 2 years of University studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

English Level B2 or C1
-
Portuguese Level B2 or C1
- 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment.

2-4 years Excel / Google Sheets experience

Oracle knowledge.
