As a Salesforce Developer your role is central to the creation and customisation of Equifax's customer service platform within the Iberia business.
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, challenging environment supporting the client and consumer interfaces within Equifax’s Salesforce platform. This role is a cross-functional position with a strong emphasis on programmatic and declarative development.
You will be able to cover both the technical and administrative areas within the Salesforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
Key responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer:

Development and maintenance of customised solutions on the Salesforce platform, supporting critical business functions and project goals

Daily support of end users and BAU enhancements
-
Supporting the business with housekeeping of data to ensure GDPR compliance
-
Working closely with the Salesforce Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and other Developers to design high quality solutions and ensure business benefit

Ensuring a proactive and flexible work environment is maintained to facilitate agility in responding to changing project goals and customer requirements

Work directly with client developers and testers to assist in client on-boarding and API integration

Work directly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts as necessary to analyse project objectives, requirements and advise on Salesforce best practice

Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing solutions following a best practice application lifecycle management process
Required experience for Salesforce Developer:

Fluent English language skills
-
Deep knowledge and expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
-
Proficient in the design and build of custom applications including Apex / SOQL, Lightning applications and components (LWC)

Salesforce integration and API configuration, REST, SOAP, BULK API
-
Data Loader / Salesforce Inspector
-
Full SDLC and ALM knowledge
-
Custom reporting and dashboard configuration
-
Agile methodologies and practices
-
Self-motivated and creative
-
Salesforce certified to a minimum of ADM-201 , Platform App Builder (DEV-401) and Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification

Experience building customer facing interfaces
