The Talent Acquisition Partner Entry will support primarily non-exempt roles within the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner Entry is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.
What you will do:
- Independently manage an ongoing load requisitions in a high volume recruitment environment
- Build and execute recruiting strategies which include job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking
- Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings
- Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
- Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners
- Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
- Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology
- Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requireme
What experience you need
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting non-exempt and/or exempt level candidates
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
- English Proficiency (B2+ level BELT)
- 1+ years of experience in professional social networking to market roles and identify potential candidates
- 1+ years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment
