Customer Support Representative Senior

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate should be a service-oriented professional with advanced technological skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new learning environments. Experience in sales and customer service is a plus, as is an advanced level of English and French, demonstrated by a B2+ certification in the international BELT exam.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize various tools and management software to record and track customer interactions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities and offering products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and work systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company products.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.
  • Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
  • Promote a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What experience you need:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 
  • B2+ level in the international BELT English proficiency test.
  • B2+ Leven in the international BELT French proficiency test.

  • Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with various software (CRM, management tools, etc.).
  • Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and work environments.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
