RPA Software Developer (KTLO):
We are looking for a RPA Software Developer to maintain and optimize the performance of RPA systems and applications. Serve as the frontline defense, ensuring that RPA projects operate seamlessly and efficiently in a live environment.

This position is a hybrid role and will require the person to be local to St. Louis, MO.

What You'll Do:

Design, Build and test automation solution according to standards and technical design, using best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

Support Senior Solution Designer to create solutions design
-
Support peer code reviews
-
Maintain technical responsibility for high quality project delivery according to project timelines
-
Create and maintain solution documentation
-
Ensure quality of components by performing thorough unit testing
-
Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
-
Work within project planning constraints, communicate project risks and issues
-
Work collaboratively with test teams to fix assigned bugs with quality
-
Collaborate with the Support Team to perform troubleshooting, fixes and maintenance of solutions
-
Perform process assessments including process modeling of current state, design of future state and identify key business benefits
-
Work closely with RPA team to deliver process walkthroughs and assessments
-
Gather business requirements and document according to standards
-
Ensure Delivery of Successful Outcomes/results to internal customers:
-
Ensure tracking of business benefits for implemented solutions and deliver reports to business owners
What experience you need
-
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
-
3+ years of experience as RPA Configurator or equivalent
-
Knowledge or experience on RPA to understand what can and cannot be automated
-
Knowledge about self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
-
Familiar with any of the following topics/tools Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing
-
High Understanding and knowledge in SQL and relational databases
-
Think out of the box to get a bigger picture and increase the scope of automation
-
Knowledge in Agile Methodology is desired
-
Knowledge with Python , .Net/Java, UIPath, Workfront Fusion or other development is a plus

Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision.

Experience designing and developing big data processing solutions using Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, and others

UI development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Angular and Bootstrap)

Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, SpringBoot, SOA and Microservices

Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.

Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, XP)
-
Relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
-
Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)
-
Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)
-
Automated Testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI
