The Product Engineering Leader for PeopleHQ will lead the entire lifecycle of Employer Services platform engineering. In this role, you will need to balance the needs of product, architecture, and engineering to deliver world class solutions to direct customers, ecommerce SMB customers, and partners
What you’ll do
-
Responsible for the entire product portfolio and the technologies that are built to improve our capabilities. Working cross-functionally with technology this role owns, the product roadmap, the broader product strategy and ensuring product fitment within the user (client) community.

Lead the product prioritization process actively engaging stakeholders across the business and technology

Partner with Sales, and marketing senior management to align engineering and business growth strategies

Articulate the business strategies, and define execution plans

Develop architectural design and decisions.

Drive Cloud native solutions for scalability and reliability
-
Champion Enterprise Architecture practices across all ES products.

Drive Engineering to deliver a great experience to our customers, understand technical and operational implications of product decisions, and influence product support strategies.

Optimize overall support operations strategy and priorities for your teams to ensure highest customer satisfaction.

Coach, inspire, energize, and grow your team.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Equivalent experience
-
10+ years of experience as a Technical lead, Director, or Manager
-
3+ years experience in Cloud services is preferred, Google Cloud Platform is desirable
