As a Customer Services Representative , you will provide inbound and outbound support and respond to email enquiries from Equifax’s subscribers as well as individuals who require education on their personal credit reports, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service when providing support and advice.

So, what will impress us?

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Solid keyboard and software skills (MS Word , Excel & Outlook )
