Associate Manager - Quality Assurance

Synopsis of the role

As Quality Assurance specialist, it is required to ensure that a company's products meet industry standards. It aims to execute both front-end and back-end processes efficiently, delivering products and services on time and within budget while exceeding consumer expectations in all interactions.

What you’ll do

  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues

  • Monitor all operations that affect quality

  • Supervise and guide quality leads

  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

  • Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied

  • Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action

  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data

  • Review current standards and policies

  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

  • Ensure all legal standards are met

  • Developing a workflow for product inspection

  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.

  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.

  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.

  • Making recommendations for improvement.

  • Creating training materials and operating manuals.

  • Perform follow-up reviews to determine appropriate action are taken on reported findings and that desired results are achieved.

What experience you need

  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field for at least 3 years on paper

  • Managed a Quality Team

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.

  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

  • Should be good in statistical analysis & problem-solving along with industry-specific technical knowledge.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Computer literacy

  • Database management

  • Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certified

What could set you apart

  • High school diploma/Graduation required.

  • CRM experience is a must

  • Salesforce knowledge is a value add

  • Soft Skills training experience
