Enterprise Content Manager

Are you passionate about storytelling and managing programs that drive measurable impact? The Enterprise Content Manager will play a key strategic role in our Corporate Communications and Marketing team. This role will drive key Corporate content initiatives, driving and creating strategic content assets and deploying, amplifying, and measuring performance for global external and internal audiences. 

In partnership with the Senior Director, Enterprise Content, this position will deliver consistent, compelling content and enterprise communications in a best-in-class experience.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Content Strategy and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our global corporate HQ building in Midtown! (This is not a fully-remote role)

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a hands-on storyteller for Equifax enterprise content initiatives, with a dedicated focus on Employer Brand content. This will include interviewing employees, writing articles and blog content, developing content assets (in a variety of multimedia formats - written, illustrated, video, etc.), and publishing a regular cadence of content through external and internal channels

  • Act as program manager of all employer brand content, aligning multiple teams around global content goals and proactively managing an editorial content calendar (executed across websites, Social Media, Talent Acquisition, Brand, Internal Communications, Business Unit/Regional Communicators, etc.)

  • Align voice and messaging across channels to ensure consistency and impact, working closely with the Brand team, Talent Acquisition team and creative agency partner(s) acting as a key editor of content assets

  • Track, measure and report on campaign results in partnership with stakeholders from the Corporate Communications, Digital, Social Media, Talent Acquisition and Brand teams 

What experience you need 

  • 5+ years of corporate content creation and storytelling 

  • 3+ years of project management in a collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams (Social Media, Communications, Brand, Digital, Talent Acquisition)

  • 2+ years of experience creating digital multimedia content (video, graphics) including compelling copywriting in support of employer branding initiatives

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization

What could set you apart

  • Experience creating video content using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro)

  • Experience managing a central campaign/editorial calendar

  • International collaboration experience
