As the Senior Director, Digital Marketing we are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive new B2B sales through digital customer acquisition. You will do this across digital marketing channels, with an emphasis on paid marketing to deliver results in lead generation and ecommerce. In this role, you will work collaboratively in strategic campaigns that grow brand awareness, customer engagement and demand. You will manage a team of digital marketing specialists and partner across the organization in campaign strategy and execution to achieve marketing objectives. Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other paid platforms.

Allocate budgets, monitor spend, and analyze results to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and oversee performance marketing strategy across integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Develop channel mix strategies across paid search, SEO, display, programmatic, account-based marketing, social media and trade media

  • Own digital advertising / paid channel strategy and execution

  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance

  • Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals

  • Analyze data and report on marketing performance across the campaign portfolio

  • Optimize campaign portfolio for ROAS, CAC, CPM, CPL, etc.

  • Partner with content and creative teams to develop multi-channel digital campaigns

  • Manage agency relationships to support digital marketing activities

  • Schedule, maintain, and monitor campaign calendar, ad delivery, budget and results

What experience you need 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of related marketing experience, with 2+ years in paid marketing channels

  • Past experience managing a team or indirectly managing through influence

What could set you apart

  • B2B marketing experience

  • Track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns

  • Hands on experience operating paid marketing channels and marketing budgets (e.g Paid Search/Google Adwords, Google Display Network, LinkedIn, Trade Media)

  • Integrated understanding of Digital marketing tactics, such as SEO

  • Understanding of digital creative and design processes and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization

  • Experience using modern digital marketing tools for reporting and analysis (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce)

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, sees possibilities not challenges when setting targets and delivering
