We have a new Business Development Manager role opened up in our Workforce Solutions business unit. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to join an amazing team and help fuel the hyper growth of the Verification ExchangeⓇ in Australia, an award winning innovative new solution that enables our customers to instantly verify income and employment information in a digital and secure way.
What you will being doing:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
-
Delivering sales presentations, developing bids and contracts, and forecasting sales accurately
-
Collaborating with other business units within Equifax, leveraging existing networks and contacts
-
Coordinating with the Equifax Workforce Solutions teams in the US, Canada and the UK to apply their best practices and insights to the local market
The key requirements of the role are:

Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
-
Deep understanding of the Verification Exchange service, its features and benefits, and how it can add value to customers
-
Software sales experience in the HR, Payroll and/or Workforce Management industry
Key Deliverables:
-
Expert delivery and presentation of the Verification Exchange value proposition to both internal & external key stakeholders for the acquisition of new customers

Execution of the core go-to-market objectives for the business to achieve the assigned sales targets

Achievement of sales quota on a quarterly basis
What could set you apart

HR, Payroll and/or Workforce Management software sales domain expertise

Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field; M.B.A.

Recognised formal sales methodology qualification
