The Strategy & Execution Program Manager position, reports to the Data & Analytics Programs Leader, and is responsible for initiating, planning, and supporting revenue-generating projects, as well as the design, development and maintenance of ongoing programs/project metrics, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. to inform a wide variety of stakeholders.
What You Will Do:

Define and capture business and functional requirements for key projects or assignments

Facilitate team meetings involving business and technical resources

Coordinate, execute, and monitor processes to ensure project objectives are met
-
Craft well-defined project timelines and work schedule artifacts
-
Serve as Scrum Master for several teams within the organization, leading agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Develop, track and distribute Data & Analytics team performance metrics and reports
-
Assist in the ongoing management of Data & Analytics team operations
-
Demonstrate your creative problem-solving skills
What Experience You'll Need
-
Bachelor's degree in a relatable field
-
5+ years of project management experience (waterfall and agile)
-
Experience managing complex, cross-functional non-Technology programs, which may include overall program budgeting, program objectives, planning and execution of the program, operations management and program reporting.

GSuite, Project Management tools (Jira & Smartsheet)

Work experience in information technology or financial services industry preferred
