What you’ll do
-
Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, and sprint retrospectives.

Provide metrics and status to senior management.

Provide and support the implementation of business solutions. Support product owner in developing, maintaining and grooming product backlog.

Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile tools (like JIRA), practices and principles to deliver high quality deliverables.
What experience you need
-
5+ years as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of agile framework (Scrum and Kanban) and understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
-
Advanced knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA and JIRA Automation.

Adept at refinement, story splitting, team capacity planning, estimation, velocity, burndown charts, retrospection, and other Scrum Techniques
