As Technical Product Owner you will work on the Products with the Open Banking, Decisioning & Fraud and ID Tribe. Equifax products are Cloud-hosted solutions delivered through APIs and User Interfaces enabling knowledgeable decisions to make businesses more efficient allowing our clients to verify and authenticate individuals to support account acquisitions and customer management. A key part of this role is to maintain and facilitate the delivery of the product roadmap, meet both technical and business development objectives and maintain solutions and services that provide value to our clients, therefore giving you the great opportunity to get fully immersed in the existing products, client set up and service management and new product development.

What you’ll do
-
As Technical Product Owner you will be a master at bridging the desires of the customer, the business, product/platform strategy and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development and service delivery

Responsible for refining the product backlog and have insight into technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience

Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team

You will lead the backlog refinement of features and user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines

Work with others on a day-to-day basis to help make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into functional decisions

Daily interaction with the teams building the products including teams in the US and India

Coordinate with business customers and their project managers to ensure successful delivery

Work with Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements like infrastructure needs

Work with Quality Assurance team member(s) to identify test cases and acceptance criteria for automated testing
What experience you need

Technical product owner within an agile environment
-
Understanding of users/ clients, product requirements and business analysis
-
Systems development life cycle, specifically solution design, analysis, architecture and design

Stakeholder management to lead on and ensure delivery
-
Managing multiple small/medium sized projects
-
Flexibility to manage time zone difference with international teams
