What You’ll Do

  • Work with security and compliance teams across the segment to work through and process security vulnerabilities, setting up dashboard, resolution etc.

  • Lead weekly calls across development and SRE teams with a goal of issue resolution

  • You will provide security expertise of the team that directs and provides governance to the teams that develops and deploys applications on public and private clouds such as GCP and AWS.

  • Ensure applications are following the standards required by the business and our own secure SDLC processes

  • Responsible for participating in higher-level support events, as needed

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, engineers, and managers to identify and implement software solutions that meet security policies and practices

  • Actively collaborate with other security team members, product teams, and other stakeholders to help create and maintain software-based security controls in line with industry best practices and specific business requirements

What experience you need 

  • BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required

  • Minimum of 2-5 +years of experience in IT security 

  • Understanding of security and compliance related activities, procedures and process in a IT Space

  • Fair understanding of cloud (AWS, GCP) Security Protocols and Postures

  • Knowledge of Security tools like Qualys, Sentinel One etc.

  • Knowledge and process of security vulnerabilities, setting up dashboard, resolution etc.

  • Knowledge on Cyberark or Hashicorp tools Container Hygiene, Golden Image and related deployments etc.

  • Knowledge on Internal audit, sox audit etc.

What could set you apart

  • Experience in data analytical tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio

  • Understanding vulnerability priorities 

  • Good communication and leadership skills and have led at least 2-4 members in a team preferably a global team

  • Exposure or working experience in the use of information security systems and methodologies preferred
