What you’ll do

You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

You have the ability to translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design

You will need extensive understanding of BDD/TDD practices, code review and analysis techniques, and open source agile testing frameworks.

You have experience in overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance

Depending on level, you may work with product owners, UX and other business partners to define work for the team

You enjoy mentoring other engineers, having a voice in defining our challenging technical culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team (depending on level)
What experience you need
-
BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required
-
5-7 + years experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ), Oracle DB, Universal Customer Master (Oracle UCM)
-
Expert and hands on knowledge on EDQ Matching, Score, Address Validation, UCM built in integration
-
Ability to create reports based on consuming excels or dat files and generating matching and reconciliation reports using EDQ
-
Using EDQ to receive files, read and load data into DB tables using EDQ
-
Generating new process, reports and schedulers using EDQ
-
Hands on experience looking into both UCM and EDQ logs and debug any matching, address cleansing issues etc
-
Production issues debugging, migration issues and resolution, upgrade experience and patching issue resolution etc

Linux command line and shell scripting language experience that run UCM data jobs and automated workflows

Oracle on AWS , RDS with Oracle, Cloud logging , Load Balancer, DR knowledge

AWS Zone and region understanding of landscape

Software development best practices such as TDD (e.g. JUnit), automated testing (e.g. Gauge, Cucumber, FitNesse), continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins, GoCD)

Relational databases (e.g. Oracle DB,SQL Server, MySQL) and RDS databases on AWS
-
Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket)
-
Experience working in financial services
-
Experience in Shell scripting, hands on linux experience
-
Knowledge of AWS EC2, EBS, LBs, Zones and Regions, VPC etc
