Equifax is looking for a strategic, solution-focused Account Executive to join our Strategic Finance team. As a high-touch, client-facing sales role, the Account Executive is responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and overall EFX engagement within the assigned account. This includes but is not limited to the execution of strategy, overall partnership and profitable growth within one of the largest, most strategic US Financial Institutions in the nation. As the trusted-advisor, this position requires the highest level of commitment and partnership across internal EFX and key external stakeholders. An ideal candidate will be a natural, forward, out of the box thinker with a solution oriented mindset, have expert level negotiating skills, an aptitude for technology and the cloud, a solid grasp of financial industry data, impeccable internal & external communication skills, strong collaboration skills and an ability to optimize and orchestrate internal & external stakeholders all while maintaining meaningful partner relationships. This position requires intermittent travel up to 50% of the time.
What you will do

Fosters and maintains Customer/Partner trust and grows Customer/Partner revenue across the full Equifax enterprise solution portfolio at equal to or greater than our LTFF (currently 6-9%); measured internally via a quota and externally via Customer Satisfaction reviews

Provides and orchestrates Equifax resources to deliver Customer value and satisfaction across the full Customer/Partner lifecycle; strengthens the business relationship by expanding the ways in which Customer/ Partner relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor and solution provider

Reinforces value proposition of new and existing solutions by underscoring quantitative and qualitative value of our solutions with clients through training, use cases, ROI models, socialization of future product roadmaps/migrations and Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews

Identifies, develops, manages, progresses, and closes Customer opportunities using an extensive suite of differentiated solutions across the FI consumer lifecycle - including Marketing, Acquisition, ID, Fraud, Account Opening, Regulatory Compliance, Lending, Risk Management, Account Management to Recovery and Collections.

Engages with Clients on a consultative basis to learn their industry/business, anticipate needs, understand their workflows and connectors, and position optimal solutions

Defines and executes sales strategies and account plans that drive profitable growth and develops strong working relationship with Client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers using a ‘Land and Expand’ and ‘Elevate and Diversify’ methodology and intent

Leverages Account, Solution, and Delivery Pre-Sales/Post-Sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain Customer satisfaction

Manages renewal contracting, contract compliance and strong pipeline development via add-ons, price increases, usage expansion, bundling and sunset / replacement / upgrade / enhancement priorities

Solicits solution improvement ideas for Equifax products and services; thoughtfully communicates those suggestions to Product team
What experience you need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, Account Management, or similar customer-facing, quota-based sales role

Experience working in or with complex, highly matrixed organization(s)

Demonstrated ability to sell a suite of customizable, highly technical products and solutions

Executive presence and an advanced level of negotiation skills

Prior Industry experience working with or for large Financial Institutions, Risk, Data, Credit or SaaS spaces

Knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements and proven ability to leverage information to proactively drive sales

Technical proficiency in Google Suite and Sales tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc .

Knowledge or prior experience selling Cloud solutions and particularly selling those solutions while during a Business Transformation from Legacy to Cloud

Ability to embrace ‘challenges’ as necessary change agents to transform relationship and drive ‘opportunities’

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 - $120,800. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
