Synopsis of the role 

As a strategic partner, the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business critical roles and will collaborate with and advise Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.

  • Independently manage a high volume of requisitions of various levels across multiple functions and Business Units

  • Review job descriptions with hiring managers, create job postings and post jobs on different recruiting platforms

  • Create innovative sourcing techniques, and seek new methods to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods

  • Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process

  • Lead the offer negotiation, preparation and seek approvals as necessary 

  • Maintain up-to-date requisition and candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System and applicable reports

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and employees across the organization

  • Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts, candidates and prospects to ensure a positive client and candidate experience

What experience you need

  • 1-3 years’ experience in  in full cycle recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcing; 1+ years of agency recruiting experience highly preferred 

  • Bilingual in both written and spoken French and English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a college program

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with multiple business leaders, and influence decisions

  • related to recruitment and hiring practices

  • Self motivated individual who is not afraid to meet new challenges

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proven advisor to hiring managers regarding recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligence
