Client Service Manager - Workforce Solutions

This is an exciting time to join Equifax Workforce Solutions. As our new Client Services Representative,  you will play a key part in the team's success by ensuring the support we provide our clients is best in class. The role will be split between a client focused support role and coordinating delivery of services as we onboard clients.  You will have responsibility for communicating with clients throughout the service lifecycle and will allow you to quickly learn and develop across many business areas while utilising your core skills within a client focused background. 

The role will suit someone who is inquisitive, driven and thrives in an environment offering variety. We’re looking for someone with solid client management skills who is always on hand to support the customer and who offers great organisational and delivery skills to manage the project coordination within the role. 

Working across the global team, you will ensure all services are delivered within contracted service levels and quality standards, challenging the business to remain client focused and proactively manage the services and support provided to sales..

What you’ll do 

  • You will be the first line support to handle client issues, identify the appropriate action to take and provide appropriate advice

  • Respond accurately to all client queries either by telephone, email or workflow, always aiming for resolution at first point of contact, and within SLA

  • Coordinate with other areas of Equifax to ensure complete investigation of client query, and to own queries through to resolution

  • Provide project coordination for the onboarding of new clients and product delivery

  • Manage and develop effective and positive relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Works to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)

What experience you need  

  • Strong client service and client relationship experience

  • Intermediate experience in managing delivery of multiple items effectively 

  • Good experience delivering high standards of client satisfaction

  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels within an organisation

  • Able to offer flexibility (some global meetings may be out of usual office hours) 

What could set you apart
