The Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting Equifax’s opportunities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Data-driven Marketing (DDM) products and services in the Brokerage vertical.  This team member will be responsible for collaborating with the associated Account Team, to uncover the client’s business problem and develop customized solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct discovery meetings to collect, clarify and document technical and business requirements during the sales cycle

  • Consult with account team and client to identify critical dependencies and gaps, offering recommendations on resolution, and escalates as needed

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including account teams, client success, solution, delivery team and other SMEs, to develop a compelling value proposition based on input from the client

  • Create and deliver customer presentations that effectively translate a concept or idea into a viable solution for the client throughout the sales cycle

  • Leverage both FCRA and non-FCRA differentiated data sets within DDM to create a marketing solution in both digital and non-digital channels

  • Collaborate with account teams to maintain consistent update of opportunities in Salesforce

  • Act as a sales team liaison with Equifax COEs, including, Operations, Technology, Pricing, Client Deal Team, Legal/Compliance, Security, and Product Management, to ensure all details relative to client engagements are identified, documented, and accounted for to facilitate successful execution

  • Actively participate in DDM strategic initiatives focused on delivering near and long-term growth for the business

  • Travel as needed, up to 40 – 50%

Location: Remote anywhere in the continental US

What experience you need

  • Minimum or 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and custom data solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience

What could set you apart

  • Background in the Brokerage / Wealth Management industry 

  • Previous sales consulting experience

  • Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams across large organizations

  • Demonstrated success in quota driven performance structure, as an individual contributor

  • Expert problem solver, particularly in the development of new and intricate marketing solutions

  • Experience with the digital ecosystem, data deployment and onboarding

  • Experience navigating a highly matrixed environment

  • Ability to manage multiple clients/project simultaneously

  • Experience in data, technology, or analytics
