As the Customer Service Representative for ZipID you will be joining a team that works together, where your leader will support your growth whilst fostering a fun working environment. 

This role will highlight your flexibility to adapt to change which in turn will accelerate your career within Equifax. This role is predominantly Monday-Friday, requiring flexibility to work Saturday’s on a rotating roster. 

What you’ll do

  • Use your helpful can-do personality to provide support to consumers and businesses of ZipID business processes

  • On-boarding new customers to ZipID

  • Applying strict quality assurance guidelines to correctly process Identity Reports

  • Taking consumer bookings and trouble-shooting logistics issues

What experience you need  

  • Previous experience in creating a positive customer experience in a high volume environment 

  • Excellent written & confident verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change 

  • A quick learner with an eagerness to help 

  • Systems savvy 

What could set you apart

  • Experience working within SLAs/KPI’s

  • Prior experience in issues resolution preferred
