Technology Service Analyst - Career


A Technical Service Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers with dedicated connectivity in Equifax’s legacy extranet environment.  The team’s primary focus is in support of Equifax’s Business Transformation/Migration effort that involves customers moving from legacy solutions to API/Cloud options.  Manage the entire network project lifecycle from identifying the customer’s connection inventory, tracking usage and migration milestones up to the disconnection of the connection and/or move to an optimum solution.  Proactively track customer migration targets, communicating with Account/Customer Success Management Teams, Application/Platform Owners, as well as Network Engineers throughout the project.  After the Customer Extranet Environment project timeline is completed, the team's secondary focus will be support of Customer’s API Development Boarding, Testing and Product Support.

What you’ll do

  • Leverages technical knowledge of dedicated connectivity solutions i.e., VPN, MPLS as well of technical protocols i.e, TCP/IP, SNA/Enterprise Extender 

  • Develop project plans and drive project milestones. 

  • Provide project statuses/metrics.  

  • Participation in customer calls, network discoveries, and relative team standups/internal transformation/migration discussions.

  • Provides technical and process guidance support for customers as well as for internal Equifax stakeholders. 

  • Collaboration with application/platform owners, and network resources.

  • Leverage tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and GoogleSuite tools 

  • Operational Readiness knowledge of new APIs, products, and environments.

What experience you need  

  • BS or Associate's Degree/Technical Certification or equivalent job experience required

  • Experience working in an enterprise 24/7 production environment supporting after-hour customer changes where needed.

  • Worked  with one or more of the following tools/technologies: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, GoogleSuite tools

  • Ability to assess  business impact and urgency

  • Collaborate across with Business Services and Change Managers during CAB reviews of scheduled changes  

  • Experience  working with multi-functional teams i.e., Sales, product, support, network, etc.,.
