Digital Data Insights Analyst - D2C

Be part of the direct-to-consumer transformation by leading digital analytics insights. If you want to manage multiple martech data sets and put pieces together to form stories and recommendations, this may be the role for you. Help lead the charge in not only the self-serve reporting movement, but also the elevation of actionable data. 

What you’ll do

  •  Own and deliver reporting capabilities for customers and internal insights through the development of a centralized insights repository.

  • Work with marketing and product areas to formulate product and marketing related insights to drive Equifax brand presence.

  • Produce new and innovative insights for Equifax based on research outcomes using advanced data manipulation and analytics visualization skills.

  • Build and design dashboards and reports as scoped by clients and internal teams that summarize vast quantities of data.

  • Provide vital input into the design, project management and delivery of analytical research and insight solutions across a range of clients and industries for Equifax.

  • Identify process and solution improvements which will benefit business objectives.

  • Share and present knowledge with and may coach/lead less experienced analyst members across the Equifax analytics team in the delivery of analytic projects.

What experience you need  

  • BA required or relevant years of experience

  • 5-7 years in Data Analyst experience 

  • Business/marketing/product analysis. 

  • Data visualization & dashboarding. 

  • Statistical and big data experience. SQL, R, BigQuery.

  • GA4, Adobe Analytics, GA360, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio. Ad platform experience (e.g. GCM, Facebook). Testing/Optimization experience (e.g. 

  • Google Optimize or Adobe Target). DX analysis experience (e.g. ContentSquare, Clicktale, Quantum Metrics, Qualtrics, HotJar, Tealeaf, UserZoom, FullStory).

  • Growth mindset, curiosity, initiative/drive, adaptability, self-awareness.
