As a Customer Relations Representative, you enjoy following processes and procedures. The role involved inbox management and communication by phone with customers. You will also be available to work across a roster from 07:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Brisbane CBD location 

You will be joining a diverse team and supported by an experienced team leader where you will be provided with structured  training for 3-4 weeks.  There is an opportunity for growth & development including cross skilling across divisions where your flexibility to adapt will see you on the fast track to success. 

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of candidate verifications

  • Processing of customer transactions

  • Daily record of transactions

  • General administrative tasks

  • Operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst working autonomously and as part of a team

What experience you need 

  • Background in any of the following areas: customer service, call centre, hospitality, travel

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Great attention to detail is a must

  • Comfortable following processes and procedures 

  • Willingness to learn 

  • Systems savvy 

  • Friendly and approachable

What could set you apart

  • Similar experience in the Banking & Finance sector 

  • Proven experience in handling complaints
