Currently, Equifax is undergoing a cloud transformation with our data, products, technology, security and processes across business. You will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and will own, manage and envision deliveries/implementation of all B2B and B2C Operational platforms and tools for Equifax Canada.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage all implementations, enhancements and changes on operational tools (Salesforce, IVR, Genesys, internal tool EWP).

  • Gather requirements with business stakeholders and design seamless customer and employee experience.

  • Work closely with technology team to manage sprint backlogs and prioritize implementation pipeline based on business and customer needs

  • Manage all platform implementation within defined scope, budget and timelines.

  • Build commercial and consumer credit file expertise to help teams align end to end and look for opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Envision and build 360 consumer (B2C) and customer (B2B) journey to devise platform improvements with technology and contact center support teams.

  • Manage interdependencies, system integrations and execution bottlenecks with multiple stakeholders while maintaining implementation timelines.

  • Track and report performance, improvements and project execution status on all operational platforms

  • Document BRD, UAT test cases, User Guides and other project learnings as necessary for successful implementation.

  • Train all the customer facing support teams and manage all their conflicts to help them perform their job successfully.

  • Develops strong credible working relationships with business stakeholders, working proactively to provide solutions.

What experience you need  

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment

  • Agile Project Management Experience

  • Ability to manage technical implementation

  • B2B and B2C Operations know-how

  • Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

What could set you apart

  • Project Management Certification (PMP) or Equivalent

  • Agile and lean certifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, IVR, and Genesys

  • Commercial B2B Credit Experience

  • Change Management Experience or Certification

  • Knowledge of Equifax products and systems

  • General knowledge of Equifax policies and procedures
