Technical Client Relationship Analyst

Equifax is hiring a Technical Client Relationship Analyst in its Maryland Heights (MO) office! 

The Technical Client Relationship Analyst maintains relationships and protects revenue with existing Employer Services clients and is directly responsible for assisting external and internal clients with escalated and complex technical issues across multiple Workforce Solutions applications and services. S/he leverages technical expertise for project planning, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning. The Analyst also monitors and proactively identifies performance opportunities and client insights for the entire suite of WS solutions. S/he serves as a trusted partner and advisor to promptly resolve open issues while minimizing future service failure

What You'll Do

  • Support external and internal clients by investigating escalated and most complex access, configuration, compliance, functionality issues; troubleshoots using different production and support applications, file archives, logs, and technical team contacts to resolve reported problems

  • Frequently interact with external clients at mid-to-upper levels of client organizations to deliver technical information and solutions to non-technical contacts. 

  • Actively participate, and often lead, assigned projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in service improvement efforts and training.

  • Mentor/train less-experienced analysts; document processes, policies, technical notes for the team.

  • Handle post-promotion testing, on-call support for urgent requests (including after-hours support).  

What Experience You'll Need

  • 3-5+ years' experience in customer service, client experience, or other client-facing customer support role

  • 3+ years' experience supporting a technical product (hardware, software)

  • High school diploma or GED

What Could Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline

  • At least 1 year of experience with Equifax tools, especially I-9 or Compliance Center

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a sales organization
